euro bound

Yesterday, I went to see Dr. David Boynton at North Boulder Chiropractic. Dave has been taking great care of the BMC guys this season and has done a wonderful job whipping me into shape over the last few months. With my crash, sickness, and the stress of racing behind me, dave has gotten me back to feeling great. Thanks Dave!!

Friday, I leave for my first trip to Europe. I meet the guys in Atlanta on friday afternoon, and then it's on to Venice with a few stops inbetween. The race is 5 days,2 flat stages, 2 Mt. top finishes, and a Team Time Trial which should be fun. It's a short trip, but I think it's the perfect amount of time. Out of the five guys who are going, I think Jacskon is the only one who has raced in europe. I think for me the goal down the road is europe. I think for this season a little taste is all i need. There is still a lot I want to accomplish and learn racing here in the states, before I'm full time in Europe. So, anyway I'm really pumped about going and I think It's going to be a great experience.

Great week!!

I want to wish the guys good luck in Richmond Today. The us open is being broadcasted on Newes 4 @ 2:30. Check it out.

Training is going well, Big week lots of climbing.... Finally! Heading out to Georgia on Sat. Looking forward to the race. Things are finally starting to come around, and feeling Motivated for Georgia. I'm bummed that Roubaix got cancelled, but it would have been hell to race in ice rain and 20's temps. Heading Down to Mob training center http://mobcyclery.com/index.cfm to Ride on the compu Trainers with Scott Nags. Should be fun. I was hoping that the end of trainer season was in feb, but I guess I have to do what I got to do. Looks like I will be able to get back outside on sun.
Happy Easter.!!!
and ride fast!
